Hi All. Just bought an used boat with Mariner 4 stroke 150 Hp . It has only 180hours. I've try to open the Top Cowl but I can't, yet I follow the maintenance book's instruction: PULL OUT THE REAR COWL LATCH, LIFT THE TOP COWL...Nothing. The latch come out a little, it seem that was locked...
