Ive got a problem with my mercury mariner outboard. It lacks power at high revs. It revs out at 3800 instead of 5300 revs. Have changed stator, powerpack, and trigger. The problem seems to be ignition related and not fuel. Mechanics here havent got a clue what the problem is. Can NE1 help.
