    1989 Mariner 150 just died while running?

    Gas tank 3/4 full, batteries charged. Just cruising along after about 30 secondsabout 30 mph and it just died. When I turn the key I get a click sound at the motor.. I have no kill switch.. Where do I start?

    1979 Mercury 115 just stopped and wont fire

    I ran it a couple hours the other day then while at idle speed it just died.. Now it won't fire.. cranks good and has fresh gas.. Has never ran bad, ever. Always fires right up and runs strong.. All of a sudden it just wont start.. I need help!!

    1978 Mercury 115 starting help

    What can I do to get this old beast to start easier??? Has newer plugs/wires, cleaned carbs... I just get tired of playing with the choke and idle lever and cranking for 5 minutes to get it to start for the first time of the day......starts fine after that..... whatever "THUNDERBOLT IGNITION"...

    85 hp Johnson lower unit problem & no fire

    I need some advise fellas, please.. I am about to buy a 1977 or 1976 85hp Johnson.. The owner says the lower unit probally needs replaced, thats about all he knows, no specifics.. What is the average cost to have this done versus getting a manual and replacing it myself... Ive never replaced...

    Steering Cable Measurement

    I need to buy a new steering cable but cant find a good part# on my old one.. I have seen 3 different ways to measure the cable.. The most common is measure the conduit, add 22" then round up to the nearest foot... Can somebody please advise the correct way? Thanks.

    Tight steering after lubed? 40hp Merc

    Ive got an 81 tracker, 80' 40hp Merc.. It has the hydraulic steering I guess. It got real tight so I lubed the 2 or 3 fittings I could find on it until I purged out all the old grease.. It is still real tight.. Any way to adjust this?<br />Thanks
