I have the same symptom. I have no fire on cylinder 2. If i move the wire from the power pack to another ignition coil the problem follows.. . then #2 cylinder will fire and spark (tells me the ignition coil is good)
Appears i have a bad power pack. Getting ready to replace the power pack next.
