    Power Trim bumps

    When I raise the engine up high when I begin coming down it does not come down smoothly it bumps down. :( Best way to explain it. Seems that when it gets to the two rods of the other pistons it smooths out. Any ideas. Could it be low of fluid? How does one check the fluid levels...
