    1989 Johnson 90HP - Is This Block Repairable? (Chipped Ports)

    First, Thanks for the help and info! I was thinking of doing the following: on the bad cylinder: bore and replace piston + rings on other three cylinders: hone only, reuse pistons and replace rings. What is the rationale for boring all 4 and replacing all 4 pistons? thanks again!

    Bent Flame Arrestor and Replacements are NLA

    Does anyone know where I can find a flame arrestor for a 5.0GiPEFS? I bent ours pretty bad while pulling the motor and now after hours of searching google and eBay I can't seem to find a replacement. Part number needed is 3856913 Thanks!
