    1990 100hp Stator?

    Good Day everyone, Im trying to learn more about this engine but just when I think Ive got it, well never mind. If the stator was bad, not working properly, could this result in the coils going out after i run the engine for a while at wot. Thanks again for the help.

    1990 gt100 coils going bad, why? 1990 gt 100 vj100slesb Lost wot, only 3000 rpms. found 1 bad coil and 1 week one, replaced and ran fine for 2 hrs 5000 rpm. same thing no top end, what is blowing my coils up? Thanks
