    Battery Selector switch

No. Didn't replace the #1 ground cable. Hoping I don't have to as it is buried in a bundle of other cables and haven't traced out where it goes yet. But, if corroded, that could be the culprit. Thanks

    Battery Selector switch

This is a new boat to me. 1997 Trophy 2352. Haven't had it in the water yet. Just finished having the outdrive rebuilt. Would have had them check on the battery 1 problem but thought it would just need new cables.

    Battery Selector switch

Yes. Battery is a brand new Odyssee with 1150 cranking amps. Tried other batteries at #1 position - same thing....starter makes the clicking noise. When transferring them to battery 2 position - all started the engine. There is something preventing full voltage going to the starter on...

    Battery Selector switch

When the battery selector switch is turned to #1, the starter acts like it isn't getting enough power and just makes the clicking noise. The battery isn't dead though. If I take this battery and connect it to switch #2, the engine kicks over immediately . I replaced the battery cables for...

Outdrive won't go up high enough for trailering

That's good advice. If nothing else works, I'll try that - seems bullet proof. I think the rectangular button under toggle switch may have been the trailer switch. Thanks for your info

Outdrive won't go up high enough for trailering

Nope. Couldnt find any hidden switches. Below the trim toggle switch, there is a rectangular button, but hard to tell if it is an actual control. Doesnt do anything when pushed, and it barely goes in. When I bought the boat last Sat, the owner brought the out drive all the way up, but I wasnt...

Outdrive won't go up high enough for trailering

Hello }Trophy crew! Just bought a 1997 2352. Somehow, I need to be able to get the outdrive higher than the limit switch, since the outdrive is too low for trailering. I've heard that there is a "trailer" switch somewhere that allows the drive to come up higher, but don't see anything on the...
