when putting the water pump back together i noticed alot of water coming from the middle of the pump where the gaskets are, is there something i should use to seal the gaskets from leaking?
what am i doing wrong these impellers seem to big because they hit the bolts when they turn, but its the right size for the engine. ???????? :confused: :o
1966 merc water pump 65 hp
new water pump shoots water out the telltale fine but when I went to flush it it didnt want to shoot out. only ran it for a few about10 secs than turned it off. its like a rectangle shaped muffle
