    Ok. I can understand that. But I’m at a loss as to why it is effecting the stereo speakers and such.

    So I can connect that anywhere? It doesn’t have to be back on the filler cap? It does effect my radio and rockers switches. The radio stays on but no sound. Rocker switches seem to not work right either.

    Good observation. I forgot to add, none of the switches have power even with the key own. The switches appear to have their own power source and separate from the key.
