    Due to the Complexity of the ficht fuel system I did not remove the Bad Fuel Pump from the Fuel Circuit .     1999 Evinrude FICHT Cold Starts but then After 90 - 120 Seconds it Dies and Tries to Restart but won't till Hours Later
