1974 50hp evinrude brought out of 2 year storage an plugged in to a new battery. When key is turned the motor tries to "spin" but does not fire. Checked spark plugs and they do not get any juice. When tried to turn on with spark plugs pulled out the motor spins fast and sounds fine. Need...
