    So I unhooked everything and tested the stator wires while turning the motor over and had only 5 volts coming out of the stator brown wires from what iv read that indicates a bad stator right

    In the picture added the wires behind the cover were the ones he tested which were believed too be coming from the stator I believe they were brown and the other side they were yellow

    We ran a comp test on all 5 cylinders all reading were close too exact we used the dva adapter but didn’t take the wires off the wiring block do they need too be unwired and tested like that?

    I bought it from an old man who said it been in the shop and was running but I’m not so sure he was telling the truth my brother tested the wires he thought were coming from the stator while turning it over and was only reading 4 volts
