I have a1994 150 bp evinrude intruder, I pushed a rod thru the block got a long block and since I can only get 4300 rpms max out of it. I’ve read others post that have had same difficulties but never have seen a post with a solution. Can anyone possibly direct me to a post or idea where to start...
