Hello, I've got a 15 foot aluminum skiff I'm restoring and need to replace the transom. It is not an easy fix on my Bayrunner BR-15 though. It has splashwalls that are welded and riveted over the transom. Attached are pictures. Does anyone have any advice on how they would replace this transom...
