I have a 1988 110 hp Evinrude - tilt and trim will go down, but not up and it is stuck in the down position now. <br />Also, any ideas on what to check? I've checked the switch and the hot wire to the solenoid. Works in lowering position but no noise or movement in attempting to raise.
