I have a 2002 140hp 4-stroke Suzuki outboard that continues to lose rpm intermittintly. Sounds like it is fuel starved. I thought it might be water in the fuel or tank, so I installed a filter/separator. No help. It runs good for 10 to 20 seconds then loses 10 to 1200 rpm for 10 or so...
