Did you ever resolve this issue? I have a 5.7 GXI and it won't go over 3600 RPM.

Did you ever resolve your low RPM issue? I have a new to me 268 Albemarle with a 5.7 GXI. RPMs won't go over 3600 rpm. 25mph. I feel like the engine has a lot more to give. I am running C4s. Would appreciate your wisdom...
