Thnx for sharing about your problem! I seem to be having the same issue going on with my 2007 4,3 MPI. Just a couple of questions to clarify:
Can I get a aluminium cover if I also change the pan?
Or do I get a new plastic cover and change the pan to prevent the new cover from breaking...
