    So, haven’t had it in the water yet but I just happened to notice the play when my son moved it..just seemed to flop around a little, however when I run the engine and move the wheel, there is virtually no play at all in the wheel, I turn, and the drive instantly moves.     Standing behind the boat I can move the drive left and right a couple inches…checked the final housing etc and all looks good, then found this play in the linkage. Question is, what are these two parts called and which one looks to be bad…not sure how it’s assembled, still trying to find a...

    Awsome, thanks for the replies guys, definitely going to snag one. I feel like this shouldn’t be open, now I’m a little concerned if the previous owner ran it like this. I’ll measure it when I get home and get one coming. Thanks again!
