I have a manual and it shows that pre-89 some were Not adjustable and it's held at the setting with a small 3/8 or 5/16 roll pin. It is running...

    My motor is pre 98 which states the trigger has a Roll Pin making it stationary. However my flywheel has timing marks and the cover has a cutout for timing. How the heck do you time it? replaced the flywheel and stator but No spark? Thanks in advance for your help. Hogs

    Well. I'm Back. New Flywheel, New Stator. No Spark! Seems to be out of time. However this engine has a Stationary Trigger, it doesn't move. How in the heck can you Time It ?? I haven't changed the Trigger assembly yet. Again Thank you in advance for your knowledge! Hogs.

    Airshot, You hit the nail on the head with That statement!! Emagine my #@*% Surprise when I found Chunks of my Stator jamming up Everything! But a new one on order and I'll probably get back with you & all somewhere around the November 24 Elections! lmbo. Thanks to all Again. (I'll be back)

    New Battery. But Flywheel will Not Move! I have the Fly cover off but didn't have a 15/16" Socket. So tomorrow I'll pick that up. If It won't turn then it's a bad thing. Also just put a brand new starter & Bendix Gear. Anything there after could cause a Melt down and overindulgence of Adult...

    And Now for another hurdle. New Starter & Bendix will Not spin the Flywheel, even with the plugs out! Bendix locks in like it's supposed to but won't return off the flywheel like everything is seized, But Over Night??

    Yes I believe it was. Didn't see any separation. But makes no difference still going with the flushing etc.

    True. I should have done that from the Git-Go, especially after I replaced the main filter and found this from the old filter! Arg. Now how do you go about cleaning the installed fuel tank?

    I was working on the Side Control Box hooking up some gauges, Could I have hooked up something wrong Or something else? Seams like with all 3 crank, spark & fuel it should fire up. I'm Perplexed! Thanks Guys and Gals. Happy Safe New Year to All.

    1988 Wahoo 16.2 dual Console. Help!

    Just acquired this Wahoo and in cleaning and fixing, we noticed that that the stern battery box has a drain (too high) some one drilled 2 1/4" hole below the drain. Question is this water from the drilled holes going to the Scupper valve or bilge soaking all my wood? Thaks much. Viet-Nam vet...
