    Thank you, I was thinking it may be a disconnected vro line. I checked the compression cold and got 90-90-90-90. Local mechanic checked and got 145 across 4 cylinders. Not sure why the discrepancy. Engine model no. J90TLEND. I think it's a 92. For some reason this forum isn't allowing me to...

    Johnson 90 hp fuel line connection

    Recently purchased an older 90 hp 2 stroke. The fuel connection at the motor has a second hose coming off it the previous owner cut and plugged. Does anyone know what this line is for? Could it be the cause of air being introduced into fuel line?
