    Just revisiting this thread, I went with a 13 1/4 x 17, lost 3-4mph but gained a ton of hole shot, which I'm happy with. WOT is hitting 6100 rpms however with just me in it, just wondering if that's a cause for concern or just keep it slightly under that and be fine?

    Hello, Did a compression test while cold on a 1992 Yamaha 130 v4 tlrq. 132, 130, 117, 117 respectively. I read one forum member saying cyl 3-4 have lower compression? I am seafoaming and doing new spark plugs. Will post the #s again. Do these readings seem good? I realize I should have done it...

    Yeah my cousin saw it in the picture and noticed something different about the trailer as well. Do you have a recommendation on a prop size you would try if it were you?

    Don’t intend to pull any tubes or anything like that any time soon. Mostly to hit the fishing spots, and joyride with the wife and child occasionally. I think reproping for the 5.8-6k with just me for primarily fishing, would be ideal.

    Just trying to make sure I was running the proper RPMs for engine health. I grew up with tiller 25's with no gauges and those are the only boats I've had till this.
