    Ok I’m on it plate and doughnut are off and tube is fee I guess I have to pull the pulleys I didn’t really want to pull the pulleys I guess that’s better than bending then pulling it out. I’ll be back thanks again.

    Beautiful I was Just thinking I can tip but I doubt i be able to put it back the same way lol I found a manual but it’s gonna take 10-14 days. 1 question by Doughnut you mean the rubber orings around the transom tube inside and out? Then it should be free

    That part circled in red it has to come out with the engine? from the engine side of the boat? cause I have about 1/2” of clearance before the pulleys hit the flooring, if so I guess I need to cut flooring, thanks for any help you can provide I appreciate it.     I agree with that 💯 % but I can’t seem to find one I ordered a maintenance that dies cover some of it but doesn’t show exactly how to. So out drive is removed PDS removed Are you saying the bearing housing/tube has to be pulled with the engine ?

    Well I had to take a break from this but I’m back at it and ready to pull the engine this is the only picture it will upload lol not sure do I have to unbolt the bell housing cover in order to lift it out ?

    6 bolts, shaft comes out fairly easy I can get the first bearing and seal out 3 snap rings
