Hi I have a 35hp evinrude model 357520 1977. Has good spark on both plugs, blue and crisp,plenty of fuel getting through, fresh fuel, fully charged battery.Everything seems ok yet the motor just will not start. I get smoke from the exhaust outlets as though it was going to run and fire yet...
