    Power trim for an older motor {1955}

    I seem to remember a power motor lifter {not a trim} that would attach to the side of the engine then to the boat for lifting it up in shallow water. I did a search here at iboats but they are more than what I need. Has anyone seen one of these side mounts ?

    It seems that the mid lakes of Michigan and Huron are down another 18" so in total that's about 7' from the high water mark of 1997.<br /><br /> What's causing this loss of water?     My tabs are about six years old and the rubber casing are starting to crack and leak can these be replaced?<br /><br />If so approx how much to replace? Will there be any damage to the eternal parts? They're only used in fresh water. Thanks.
