    Need EFI fuel pump (big electric) 200 merc

    Does anyone know where I can get a electric fuel pump (the one inside the vapor separator) for a 2000 mercury 200 hp EFI? Mercury parts express wants to sell me the whole banana for $900. I just need the electric pump....... Are they really this high?

    Anyone made a 20"(Long) into a 25"(Xlong)

    I have 2000 200HP EFI with a 20" shaft, and need it to be a 25" leg/midsection. I have seen 5" adapters for the 25 to 30 (xl to xxl). Can this be done for the 20"?? Also can the exhaust tube from the 20" work on the 25" (or exh tubes only sized by HP not length).<br /><br />The lower foot...

    What do I need to counter rotate a 200 merc.

    Has anyone ever counter rotated a motor themselves????? I am thinking all I need is a starter, maybe a trigger plate, and lower unit gears. Am I leaving anything out? Any help would great... Does anyone know what the factory charges for counter rotating. :confused:

    What should my water pressure guage read?(200 merc/30"shaft/1992)

    Does anyone have a good ballpark number, that my water pressure guage should be reading under power. At best, I am seeing 12 lbs. I put a new impeller in recently and it still seems low. The tell tail water seems ok but when I run this CC wide open, I get an alarm. The boat is a 92'...

    Where should the cavitation plate on the motor match up to the keel.....

    cyl 1=106 <br />cyl 2=103<br />cyl 3=116<br />cyl 4=121<br />cyl 5=116<br />cyl 6=126<br />........1992 Mercury 200 hp. Motor has about 50 hours on it.

    Where can I get aftermarket reeds for merc.

    I have a 84' Merc 275 hp(3.4 liter) that has some aftermarket reeds and would to know where I could get more. As a last resort, I will buy Mercury Marines. Someone please help.

    92' Merc 200 burning pistons

    Does anyone out there know why I keep burning up pistons. I have a motor with less than 50 total hours on it and I have put 2(number one and 2)pistons in it and after 15 hours of double-oil breakin, number 3 seems to be melting away at the top edge. I have not even showered down on this motor...
