1992 70hp Johnson outboard, we had a bad bout of watered gas, weve changed the gas, new water seperator filter, rebuilt the three carbs, the fuel pump is working ok (fuel in the carbs, and out the cylinders).
It wont start. It trys. New plugs 3 times, its got good spark to the three...
