    Question for RODBOLT 99 4 STROKE 80 HP

    Rodbolt, I switched the coils around and the plugs. Top plug still fouls, haven't gotten a bleed down device yet, but I had the **** hole water going in a bucket and can see oil blips on top of the water. Does this sound like a blown head gasket?

    The top plug fouls after a couple of minutes. The bottom 3 look like new. I was told the thermostat could be stuck open and not allowing the motor to heat up.
