I have a 1971 60 HP Johnson that wont under load...the engine sat for a number of years...I have taken the carbs off and cleaned them...In addition to changing out a number of bad wires...I can start the engine very easily...and in a deep tank run the engine in neutral up to high rpms...pumps...
