    Question on trolling motor mounting

    I just bought a motor guide bow mount trolling motor and want to install it on my 07 Roughneck. The trouble is the bow dosent have access to the front of the boat, so I cant bolt the motor down. I was think about trying self tapping screws, but I think they might come out with the constant...

    1981 40 Hp Merc , NO reverse... HELP

    I have a 81, 40 HP Merc outboard, It has a OMC remote steering. The Prop spins while in netural and in foward, If I shift into reverse, it still spins the prop foward. Not sure where to start!! HELP! Thanks in advance Joe
