    3.0L bogging around 1500-2k rpm

    97 3.0L Alpha II (sea ray 170) Engine hesitates slightly in the 1500-2k rpm range. It runs excellent above this range and below at idle. If I slowly give it gas it is sometimes bad enough that it will attempt to die. Most of the time if I gun it, it will jump right past the stumble rpm range...

    Mercruiser 3.0L timing

    Guys, I'm a little confused on exactly how to set the base timing. (EST) I've hooked the two little white wires together coming off the distributor. It also says to bypass the shift int. switch and join the engine harness wires (purple and white/grn I think) together...this kills my engine...

    3.0 - Fuel Pump clear hose

    My boat has been lacking power at full throttle. Feels like a lack of fuel pressure. Will fun fine for a few seconds and then sorta lag. I replaced the fuel pump last season with a new one and it fixed the same problem. The clear hose that runs from the fuel pump does NOT have fuel in it...
