    4.5 merc 1 cylinder No serial Number?

    NO serial number. No number on welch plug. Number on cylinder head is 1016 7068 Any help? Got pics If I can figure that OUT. Has the old recoil cover/ hood. How many years did they make 4.5 ? Fill stupid asking this question, with my vast Knowledge.???
