I picked up a used "project" boat, nice trailer and it had an 85hp Evinrude (1970's) on it. I am using the correct gas/2-cycle mixture, checked lower unit and looks fine, the engine will turn over but won't start. It seems like there is a leak where the fuel line connects to the fuel filter...
