    Scouting report:RE cheap niagra in M.A.

    Re: 1961 MFG Oxford Deluxe - Beginning a New Life Steve, I love the way your oxford is turning out!! I'm not sure if you have looked at mine; but I took a Qual Craft scaffold work bench and turned it into a jack plate. If you look at the pics closely you can see it under my 50.

    issues with new format

    I have been trying to open the boat forum by manufacturer, but can only get the drop down list to show .If I try to select MFG the list will dis disappear before I can get to it.. fyi I am using android mobile.

    I was puttering with my boat at my usual launch and a younger guy approached me asking to talk and look over my mfg !! He told me he just got an old mfg and has had it in the water a couple of times ( he was an ACOE cadet) He said it was titled as a Niagra but his cell pictures look like a '59...

    New England / Buzzards Bay members may wish to watch the 12th annual Bassackwards race ;from the Kingman yacht club in Pocassett ma arround Cleavland ledge and back . the informal 2.5 hr amateur sailboat race ends with a live band on Bassett island in the harbour ....race starts at noon band...

    Well I'm finaly wetting the keel again with a donor L.U. that I got off a '84 60hp Evrnrude . :cool::D Bought a 71 Glasstron ,trailer. motor for $400 so I'm happy with the deal . The e-rude seems set-seised but all the parts + cables under the cowl look factory fresh ....I'll definately will...
