I have a 2005 Merc. two stroke 90hp mounted on a 24ft. Bentley pontoon boat that I just purchased from original owner. Motor had not been serviced and the was losing power at higher rpm's. Turned out to be a "gunked up" fuel system. New fuel filter and cleaning of the fuel system has fixed...
