    Mercury outboard keeps stalling

I have a 1998 25hp outboard serial #0G727076 four stroke motor that keeps stalling while trolling. It seems to run fine while the RPM's are up. Its been in the shop a few times and they can't find anything wrong with it but we get it back on the and it stalls again while trolling. Is it...

    Bad gas?

I got a I/O that sat for about 8 months. It's now clogging up the fuel filter screen at the carb every other time we go out. I replaced the filter/water seperator which did have some crap in it as well as a little water. Then I looked down in the tank and even sucked up some gas from the...

    25hp Merc OB stalling???

My father has this later model 25hp Mercury outboard that keeps stalling out at low speed such as when he's trolling. fuel pump on mercruiser 360

    New fuel lines

I got this 82 Formula with a 260 Mecruiser and dead mechanical fuel pump. I've already ordered a new pump but the old steel fuel tubing is in bad shape. Now here's the question, do I need to use steel tubing or can I just use rubber fuel line with hose clamps? Is there that much pressure...
