My boat is a 86 bayliner with the 4 cylinder volvo engine. Over the last 2 weeks the tilt on the motor does not work when in the water. If I use it on the trailer it works fine but in the water it will go down but will not come up.
Also if I lift the outdrive up manually , then the tilt...
