I am having trouble with the fuel system on my 2001 Evinrude 150hp FITCH motor. The primer bulb will not stay hard and the motor runs it self out of fuel after 20 to 30 minutes at idle. Faster at higher RPMs.
I have checked for pinched fuel lines and have taken the filler cap off of the filler...
