    1967 Mercury 350 - Starter Removal

    I am trying to remove the starter from my 1967 Merc 350 to bring it in for a rebuild. I have removed all of the wiring and unbolted the starter but it doesn't just slip out easily. Is there an easy way to get it out? Can someone give me some direction? Thanks....

    Which prop? Merc 350 & 14-foot runabout

    Hi, Newbie question here. I just bought a 14-foot runabout with a 1967 Mercury 350 (25hp) motor. The guy told me the prop on it is totally wrong and I should replace it if I plan on doing more than just trolling. Any suggestions on size / pitch / etc? Thanks for the help.
