I rebuilt the carbs (3) last summer with new parts. More than once the needle valve (middle of the 3 carbs) sticks. After I take it apart it runs fine. What is causing it to stick? The needle style is all metal - no rubber tip.

I rebuilt the fuel pump and now it leaks out the back. There is a small hole near the top rear (breather hole??) that spits out gas when the motor is running.
Do I have a tear in the diaphram? Any thoughts?
