‘73 Evinrude 65hp Running Rough Need to post video

any instructions on posting a video? Or maybe a link to a YouTube video? I can it it running but it seems rough and doesn’t feel tight when accelerating the throttle cable. It takes a sec to catch up. Cleaned the carbs. Wondering if it’s a gasket? Thanks

Can't help you on the video, but have you checked spark and compression?

Just did a compression test. Top cylinder was 30. Middle cylinder was 30. Bottom cylinder was zero. I have since taken the thermostat, Both the head gasket and the manifold gasket are in rough shape. The thermostat and thermostat gasket will also be replaced for safe measure.

30, 30, and 0 are absurd. It shouldn't even run at that. If those are real figures, it is junk.
