01" 150HP Ficht check engine light problem

I have an 01" 150 H.P. Ficht....

The check engine light and buzzer sound when taking off from idle, and will shut off when on plane....

Oil reservoir is full and motor is getting oil....Seems to be running fine but light and buzzer are annoying....

Any suggestions appreciated.....Warren

Another note.....This only seems to happen when the boat is in saltwater...The boat was used in freshwater quite a few times with no alarm or light....

Starting to think it may be something grounding out when accelerating and the moisture is causing the light and alarm.....
