01 Yamaha F225 trim tilt motor assembly

Anybody know how to remove the wires where they attach to the pump housing? I took out the 4 little screws and the retaining clip but I am afraid to pull to much on it for fear it may break.

I believe the wires need to come with the motor, disconnect at the other ends
