02 yama 90hp pwr trim

replaced prw trim motor with arco aftermarket, pwr trim now in op, motor runs but no hydraulic pressure. eng will not raise or lower, replaced manual release valve with new, have not gone internal yet. any outside component ideas. all trim and tilt ram seals are in great shape with no external leaking

Did you remember the little plastic paddle that connects the pump to the trim motor?

yeah got that little nylon paddle, and bled the system also, I think maybe one of the pressure relief valves may be sticking, ever seen that with a yama, i havent
