I was looking at my motor today (2003 merc 150 carb motor) and notice the ide mixture screws on both sides are turned all the way out (rich side) only on the middle carb. Top and bottom carbs are set at stock setting (the little pointer piece at the top of the plastic screw is facing straight up). Is this normal from the factory? Im think there supposed to be all the same. I am the secound owner of the motor so I dont know if the person that had it before me was messing with it. Thanks for any help!

Its runs really good but its a little hard to start after it warmed up sometimes. Should I adjust it or leave it? Is that factory?

When its warm and I shut it down if I start it within 5 minutes it will start right up by just turning the key if I wait more than 5 minutes it wont start unless I hit the enricher. On cold starts I start it just like the manual says and it starts fine
