03' prop wobbles and makes a tapping noise

i have a 2003 johnson 60 and the prop wobbles and was making like a rattling noise at high speed and it makes a loud tapping noise at low speeds and the paint on the prop is worn off on the side that is closest to the housing like it may be hitting but when i spin the prop by hand there's about 1/8" or less between the prop and housing at it's closest point but it doesn't hit. what could be the problem? and how easy is the fix?
