04 Salt water with tick ( NOT A KNOCK) were to start tracking this down

has a tick that does not get louder under WOT fires right up and runs fine I have 1 cylinder at 110psi the rest are at 120

Go to HF and get one of their stethescopes and put the end different points of the block, midsection and gearcase. Then post your findings.
