hello everyone this my first time here. need help I've got an 05 evinrude di e150plfsoc having trouble starting the motor was taken off to repaint boat and new floor after it was put back on started having problems starting it fires right up but dies maybe after 10 or 15 times it will stay on. if you throttle up a bit it will start quicker maybe after 4 or 5 times it does it cold or after running awhile. you turn it off 1 minuite later same problem once in awhile you fish about an hour and turn the key fire right up first time I'd appreciate any help
