Was out on Memorial Day and engine ran good all day. Stopped at a dock to drop a couple people off and left the engine idling for maybe 5 mins. Pulled off from the dock and accelerated to 3/4 to full throttle for about a mile and the engine shut down. Pulled the top cover and couldn't turn the flywheel my hand. Tilted the engine all the way up and water started dripping from each throttle body. Got the boat back home and pulled all spark plugs and evidence of salt water on each plug. Is it possible both head gaskets have blown on every cylinder at the same time or is there something else in common. Just to mention I am an automotive technician but know very little about outboard motors. There has to be something common between both side of the engine that has failed. Any info would be greatly appreciated
